Just bought a nice clean Z06 that has some non-factory goodies (such as Borla exhaust but I couldn't tell you exactly which ones. They have a nice throaty growl though!)

Anyway, the dealer claims 500 horses which seems too high to me but I was thinking the Borla system may make a difference (but 95 horses?)

Anything I can look for to verify the power (run it on a dyno I guess?)

I'm sure someone of more knowledge...Lee, for example will chime in. No way is it 500 hp with just the Borla exhaust...the dealer is blowing sunshine up your @$$! I'm guessing maybe 10hp for the catback exhaust....probably less. (Lee, call me out if I am way off on that!) I can't seem to find my dyno sheet for my stockrun on my car.....depends on theyear of yours.....01's had 385 at the motor (rated)...and 02's had 405.....so maybe 350 at the wheels...give or take.....see my signature block for my latest dyno numbersand mods.
