Guys I just got back from atlanta from picking up my new C6. It is a 2006 DSOM coupe with NAV,Z-51,On-Star,Polished Wheels, Paddle Shift and 3LT.
You can view the window sticker here

Window Sticker (http://www.chevrolet.com/ws/nvlWindowSticker.cv?makeId=001&year=2006&pvc=117&VIN=1G1YY26U465106084&vehiclename=2006%20Corvette%20Coupe&make=Chevrolet&model=Corvette&msrpPrice=55930.0&gmsPrice=0&MMC=1YY07&interiorColor=Cashmere%20Leather&exteriorColor=Daytona%20Sunset%20Orange%20Metallic&type=Coupe&BAC=112479.0&dealerName=JIM%20ELLIS%20CHEVROLET&dealerAddress=5785%20PEACHTREE%20INDUSTRIAL%20BLVD&dealerCity=CHAMBLEE&dealerState=GA&dealerZipCode=30341-1907&dealerPhoneNumber=(770)%20457-8211&dealerFaxNumber=(770)%20936-5527&mapURL=/locatedealer/cntrl?request=maps~~style=~level=~drivingLink=fals e~webSiteId=CH~mapLink=true~height=~width=~latitud e=33.9056~longitude=-84.2944~vendorId=112479.0&isGMBP=true)

I traded my 2003 BMW M3 in on the vette. I got the vette for $4000 off MSRP which I thought was an awsome deal. Here are some pictures of me picking it up.

What do you guys recommend I do to get a little more performace out of the engine? What should be my first mods?

Also does anyone have any pictures of a DSOM vette with the optional interior color trim kit installed?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum. You have yourself a good looking ride there. It it was my car the first thing I would do is put a Borla exhaust on there to give it a meaner sound (as it sits the C6's are too quiet for me). Another suggestion would be to throw in a cam (I love the sound a cam adds to the car). If you want to hear one with a cam go to the Video forum I posted a video of one a little while back.

Headers are always the first good mod. I'd recommend long tube headers, a new H pipe and a cat back. they add performance and lower the stress on the engine. Hard to beat that.

What color is it... renegade red or sunset orange? If it's renegade it's the same as my C6, mine's a convertible w/black top/black int tho. Love it!
