Default 1969 Heater Vacuum Control Switch

Anyone know where to get a 4 port Heater Vacuum Switch? Searched online but no luck.

I may know where you can get a used one, but that looks like the ports are plugged up. Does it leak or just not work?

I cleaned out the ports and did a water test using a vacuum tester. Air bubbles came out the side. I can find 9 & 3 ports but not 4 ports.
Thanks for replying.

Check with Contemporary Corvettes in Pennsylvania as they are a Corvette salvage yard.
