1979 corvette wiper motor

Anyone have ever fixed there wiper motor, I have replaced windshield washer motor, switch, and intermittent membrane,, the only thing that works in the washer motor.Any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum.

Are you getting voltage to the wiper motor? Not sure what the membrane is. On mine, the washer pump is part of the wiper motor.
