73shark is right. It is a pressed on pully. I tried it again yesterday and it looks like it is holding. If it comes off again I will let you know and try to figure this one out.

If it comes off again but still seems to be a tite press, try using some permanent Loctite next time.

I will. It looks like it is holding for now. I will keep an eye on it though. Appreciate the help.
