Has anyone installed Hugger style headers with dual exhaust on a 1979 model ? Block huggers look like they'd fit well because of the center dump but not sure about steering, suspension etc. Also, is anyone awhere of 2.5" dual exhaust kit, from header back ?

 

I put a set of full length Hooker headers on my '78, which should be the same, and they fit fine. I did have to re-plumb the 2-1/2" exhaust and eliminate the cat though...
