1. How many companies manufacture interior parts like dash pads and door panels and who are they?

2. What brand do you recommend?

The first one that comes to mind is Al Knoch. Their stuff is a available thru several aftermarket suppliers and maybe direct from them. Their stuff has a pretty good reputation.

I want to do this once. The original skin is deteriorating, so new pads are needed. I want them to be original quality, fit well, and match well.

There are a lot of aftermarket Corvette suppliers. I'd recommend you check with several of them and then inquire as to who the manufacturer of the door panel or dash pad is.

If you are looking for 70-76 door panels, I have a pair of new Black Deluxe Panels with Walnut inserts for sale still in the sealed plastic. Part #’s 442520-442620. These are $440.00 each on Corvette America web site. $650.00 for the pair plus shipping.

I have looked the site over and it appears special permission is needed to post on the For Sale section. Maybe I'm missing something but I can't seem to find it. Any help appreciated.
