Hi, my Vette is a 75 T-Top Coupe Stingray which started out as a L-82 and was stolen from the Chevy Dealer in Virginia as a new car. Vehicle was found at a chop shop after the Engine and Tranny and Rearend were pulled. She had no A/C and A 4 spd. manual in it. Was put back together with parts from a 20k mile 71 LT-1 that was wrecked. I bought it in 87 and she has about 54,000 miles on her now. My problem is that last week the lower rad. hose burst. As a garage owner, this is no problem, until I went to the local NAPA and ordered the hose for it. I forgot about the LT-1 and ordered it as a 75 L-82 w/Auto and W/AC. The hose didn't fit on the water pump but it did fit on the Radiator. So I sent it back and ordered a hose for a 71 LT-1 w/4spd. w/o AC. It fitted on the Pump, but not on the radiator. I am stumped and am tired of not being able to drive my vette, so please help.
