78 Window Redo

Hey All! First timer looking to replace the motor, regulator and hardware for my '78. Any helpful tips?

Wear a long sleeve shirt. 😉 IIRC, when I installed power windows in mine, the regulator had to be in the fully down position in order to get it through the panel.

Curious as to why you're replacing the entire unit.
