79' Corvette engine question.
Found a weird lever piece on the passenger side of the engine. When the car is started it makes a rattle sound. I can move left and right and appears to have nipple on it for something. Does anyone know what this piece is?

SOLVED!
It was a piece that goes with the efe pump. It just popped off, snapped it back on and everything was good.
