RE: 82 Vette
Well, I've driven an '82 with a 4-speed, one the last C3s built in fact, but it was in the late 90s so who knows if it came that way from the factory? However, I checked several corvette spec sites and every one listed both auto and manual trans. available that year, such as this one:

and there are 82s for sale with manuals . . . .

I have "The Complete Book of Corvettes" here and it states "Although, the price of the '81 Corvette had crossed the $15000 mark, 45,631 units were built. The '82 came only with automatic transmission. The Collector Edition featured cloisonne' emblems, special paint, and lift-up hatch."
Also check this site, at the bottom it states "Base Engine: 350ci V8 200hp - No Manual Transmission Was Available This Year."

I looked at the site you posted but I still don't think that a 4 spd was a factory option.

RE: 82 Vette
I'm not certain, frankly. I believe the standard vette offerings that year probably were auto only. However, the '82 with a four-spped I remember driving a number of years ago looked original. It could be that some dealers would do a dealer swap, or that there were some 4-speeds built as special COPO orders -- that is how many of the very rare and often very itneresting SSs, 'vettes and Camaros got out on the street.
