Default Can someone help me?

I have water that leaks into my interior of my 1976 Stingray and it is coming in from the area where the wipers are. That area builds up debrit and then the water can't drain. Does anyone know how to clean down in that area. If so, please offer me some suggestions.
Thanks, Vicki

On most cars there are drain tubes which channel the water to the ground. Find the hole(s), typically on the sides of the cowl and run a stiff wire (coat hanger may be long enough) down the tube to clear any debris. Run water from a hose and see if it drains OK.

Hi
On the water drain hole in the back inside the gas door on my 85 vette, I used an air compressor to blow out the water journal. Just stick the hose from the compressor in the hole and blow it out. You would not believe the crap that came out of that drain. I noticed the plugged up drain when I was washing the car but by that time it was too late and water had pooled up over the gas cap and contaminated my gasoline. I am assuming that the drain holes in your car are very similar to the ones in my 85 vette. Have a service station do it for you if you don't have an air compressor.
