Seriously though..... Atco Raceway in Atco NJ is opening For the 2008 season on February 29th at 4:30 for Street and Grudge Racing. I can hardly wait!

I went to the '72 and '73 Summer Nationals @ Raceway Park, in Englishtown, N.J.. In '72 we pulled a friend of mine's car to race ('69 SS396 Chevelle, SS/H ) and we camped at the track. In '73, we stayed in Asbury Park and drove to the races each day. Sox & Martin, Grumpy Jenkins, California Flash, the weather was hot and the traction was great. The pits were great! I went there on alot of regular Sundays alsow/ 3 guys who had a 6 cyl '65 Ford Falcon H/MP, an NHRA record holder. Those were the years when 4 speeds were still running fastest. I'd never trade those times for anything.
