Hey all,
I am finally biting the bullet and this winter will be customizing "Christine" to a Hot Wheels level, lol. I am experienced with fiberglass, but not with the type for Corvette's, so I am nervous about cutting into the body. Mine is a '75 and I want to have rear fender flares and have some fun with the overall look (George Barris - God rest his soul), but nothing overly funky. Anyway, I am looking for someone local that has done this type of work, including swapping out the front and back with an earlier model. I am located in Stafford, VA if anyone knows of a reputable person or company that does this that is semi-local? I appreciate any help!

 

You might check out Ecklers and other aftermarket fiberglass suppliers because they have add-on flares and entire front and rear clips available.

 

I saw those, but trying to keep the car as original as possible. Might have to go that route though. Thanks!
