So I have a 1979 corvette and needing to fix the headliner.does anyone know were I can order these metal plates or the names of them? I can't find anything but the new velcro.I attached my headliner

 

Welcome to the forums. I have not seen those metal tabs sold separately, they come pressed into the headliner from the factory. If you have the metal tabs they can be epoxied back onto the headliner, or make one of wood, metal or plastic.

 

Welcome to the forum. You could check with Paragon Corvette Reproductions. There are a lot of other Corvette aftermarket suppliers out there also. Just Google Corvette reproduction parts and you will get a plethora of answers. But like Thomas said, the part you're seeking may be hard to find since it's not separate. There's a Corvette salvage yard in Pennsylvania and I believe it called Contemporary Corvettes.
