Help needed I bought a chrome Tilt steering column for my corvette project. 34" long.. comes with NO brackets . I need to know what I need to do to make it fit what to buy ect,.. I appreciate any help here.. as I am lost in Deep doo doo with this project .. The column I have is 2" dia. Afraid I can't be of much help. Was your new column supposed to fit or is it a generic one?

 

It is a Generic one.. I managed to fit it but with mods to the upper mount .. I had to open it up on the left to allow room for key sw. module
