The car looks great.
Is the passenger seat still free of 'soil'? Any fingerprints in the armrest (from the squeeze)?

Gotta love those L-88 hoods! [sm=icon_rock.gif] They just look powerful.[sm=gears.gif] Bet they're even better than a bunch of Honest Charly decals. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]
I can't remember if you are using the airbox aircleaner or not.

blknblu,
Great pic!! It's great to see the young and old getting along, not to mention the in-laws, who you marry along w/ your wife, no doubt.
Great car! What a difference in the early and late C3s. Realizing ofcourse that the body-style is the link, the performance differences arevast, and indifferent areas from early to late. The early C3s with the "worth-having" engines where matchingnumbers actually mean something, the late C3s, like my '81, w/ the mono fiberglass rear leaf, front spoiler to keep the front on the ground(at triple digit speeds that the '81takes way too longreaching LOL.), and abit more slippery in the wind tunnel.
Only my opinion, I've always loved the older 'Vettes in their "Glory Days" w/ the hot 327cu.in. and a 4-speed. NOTHING looked like that, squating in the rear when grabbing a tire-yelling second gear. Back when the "Hot Cars" on the street rode w/ the "brake lights on" all the time.
