I am going to put a new cam in my car and a bunch of other stuff and i already have the jegs street replacement lifters. I have heard that comp cams are bad about flattening out on break in, so should i go ahead and order comp cams lifters or stick with the ones i have

Hi whiteray, I would not consider any other lifter than what the cam manufacturer recommends, call Comp Cams and they'll be glad to help.

I agree with buckshot. Go with the manufacturers recommendation. I prefer touse Crane roller camsrollerlifters hardended push rods, roller rockers and double valve springs with retainers. Everything will depend on your budget. Comp Cams makes some excellent products. Good luck with your project.

yah im doin chromoly pushrods, roller rockers, and double valve springs that hold up to .600 lift
