I am doing an LS3 /w/ T56 6 speed trans . swap on 72 C3 .. Anyone do this Mod? need help and advice from someone who's been there..

 

I'm planning an LS3 swap on my 69 roadster been researching it quite a bit, I've read the late model 6sd aren't swap friendly. they don't have a removable yoke, I'm trying to decide between a pullout engine or buying a crate engine. Did you already pick up an engine and tranny? I have plenty of time to think about it I'm doing a frame off restoration myself. I've completed the frame brakes and suspension, had the bodywork done by a professional shop and plan to paint it myself which gives me about 6 months to figure out my engine trans choice.
