I actually am going to try getting through with egr and pcv hooked up. just waiting for the thermal vacuum switch to get her on sat , but the complete exhaust and smog would be gone by then, the way i see it, cheap insurance in case I end up needing the stuff. All of what I am getting would be way more then that. But you can bet before I bolt up that A.I.R. pump I will try the Alcohol and I might even put some in the car

Dang I spoke to soon, the guy I was going to get all the equipment from never emailed me his physical addy and now will not return my calls and he pulled his ad. These days you just cannot trust people. I agreed to his price and everything. Maybe I was too excited when I called him. He won't even return my calls to give me another price. dang, dang, dang. Well there is still the alcohol route, guess I'll be trying that if she don't squeak by with the other new parts

 

A factory service manual would be a big help.

Ok with much tribulation as is mentioned in the previous post's. I passed deq with glorious numbers. I think ZZ TOP said it best (manic mechanic) I put the coon tune on her and added a gallon of denatured alcohol to a half a tank and wholla, passing numbers. Thanks to all that replied
