Now on to rims and tires
I have to thank you guys for the help on my electrical problem. Now since that has been taken care of on to the next part.
The interior is at the shop, the car is in body work, now its time for wheels and tires. I can not find aftermarket rims for the car except for American racing Torque Thrust rims.. I do not like those rims on a Vette. What are the metric conversions for the back spacing and offset? Maybe this will open up more possibilities. CAN ANYONE HELP with the specs or a place to find wheels and tires?

The stock wheel offset is -0.5" (~-13mm). I have the American Racing Vectors which are 8.5" wide. With 255/60X15 BFG T/As, only required minor trimming on inner fender lips up front.

It 'can' take 10" of tread, but then it starts looking sort of ............ Frankly 8-8.5"s of tread look to be the max that looks in the realm of correct. Due to rubbing, I'd say 245's up front, and 255's out back, though either could be used all the way around. In that case, the 255 fills the wheel well the best, except for the rubbing, which the previous post gave directions for trimming to avoid lock to lock rubbing.

Oops, I was off by .5" in my previous post.
Correction, what I have are....
P215/60 R15's on the front, 8.5" tread.
P265/60 R15's on the rear, 9.5" tread.

I went with 255/70x15 on rear and 225/60x15 on front as a teen in the 70's I like the look of the massive tire in the back and smaller in the front also IMHO steering seems easyer and more responcive with the smaller tires have fun and let us know what you go with and how you like them

Back spacing, width, and overall height would be the determining factors there.
The larger rim diameter generally use the lower profile tires, so maybe the height is not an issue.
I don't know about the specs on the Z-06 rim application when it applies to a C3.
