Maybe I missed it on the website :eek:but when they ask for hp, are they looking for gross, net, or rear wheel?

In my opinion, there are too many variables to consider for calculations like that to be "on." It is fun though to put different numbers in.
From a dead stop, Iget very littletire spin on good pavement due to that converter clutch. I will say that it works well inthe rain. Thanks for the link. Yes, optomistic...I put in a '67 Plymouth Satellite convertible that I had awhile back. It had a 383 with a 4 speed and a 4:11 posi rear. I ran alot of 14.20s which was good for that car and the car was in really good shape. It did have street tires on it and I got alot of wheel spin. The calculator gave me a 13.08. Man, I wish. |
