What a beauty!!! To me, the 327 was the most exciting engine of the day. I remember guys having them in their 55-57 Chevys and the 327 would push that big car along like heck with some 4:11s.(remember the 283s worked and made into 301s?) I remember how the 327 'Vettes would squat like crazy when they'd take off and get good 3rd. gear rubber getting such quick revs. I liked the big blocks alot, but remember that the 'Vette cornered much better with the lighter small block. Good luck with it. Let us know how it runs.

A "Mouse", is a Small Block Chevy.
A "Rat", is a Big Block Chevy.

If you're telling "me" about the mouse and rat, nothing new to me. I mis-read(see my last post) the Mighty Mouse...post and thought you were saying that there was a better 327 than was in the old 'Vette. But I caught myself. That's what happens when my wife calls me for supper. LOL
I would like to see some more pics (in the car) and hear about how it runs.
I am enjoying this forum!!!!!!!!!!!!
Darn...a delayed mind tonight. LOL
