so my g-pa has a c5 with the ls1 and he has 5 sets of pushrods and i was wondering if theyll work in my plain ole small block chevy, he siad they were 5/16 and hardened. im going to be using guide plates so i have to have the hardened ones.

the only reason im wondering is becuase there free and i dont wanna pass that up

whiteray: measure the length and compare the ends of each style, if they are identicle ues them, if not you'll have valve train geometry problems that will cause rapid wear.

As long as the length is correct and the ends fit into the cups on the lifters and rockers, they will work. I have not tried this combo yet so, I do not know if it has been done.
