Default question about oil pan on a 68??

did the 68 corvettes with small blockshave a different oil pan unlike the chevelles camaros etc??
was the drain plug in center rear instead of the side? Will i have clearance issues if i use a standard pan such as frame or ground clearance??
thanx!!!

I don't recall hearing of any dif. I pulled the 350 out of my '80, and I could not see where you would have any probs, with any 350.

My 68 ( since I had as new) has drain for oil pan in middle rear in center , and is quite visable. Do you have factory air? Am interested in type hose connectors you have. I have 327.
