Default r43ts vs r45ts

I've got a 79 with a 350, 10 to 1 compression, comp cams 268 & 194 world products heads. The stock 350 uses r45ts, would I be better off going with the colder r43ts"s?

If you do a lot of city driving, you might find that the 45s run cleaner.

Hi basbol 13, hot plugs are designed with a ceramic insert that has a smaller contact area with the metal part of the plug. This reduces the heat transfer making it run hotter and this burns away more deposits.
Cold plugs are designed with a larger ceramic contact area so they run cooler because they dissipate the heat quicker.
Some high performance engines generate more heat so they run a cooler plug to avoid detonation. Hope this helps, PG
