very Our Stingray is behaving badly.
about 6+ weeks ago, it started. it stalled. it hasn't worked since.
turns out, the battery was dead/wouldn't even start with a jump.
BUT, it didn't start with a brand new battery either...actually nothing was getting power.
The battery tested fine, but we tried another one anyway.
still nothing.
Tim attached the starter to the battery. It spun a little, smelled weird, and then stopped spinning.
Last week, he installed a new starter.
Nothing!
I've been searching Corvette Forums since the beginning ...of the end
Seems, it's not uncommon for these bad boys to mysteriously lose power.
I found many helpful suggestions, and Tim did his best with'm. but the mystery continues!

The mechanic who suggested we test the starter now says to replace the ignition switch. I dunno...

is there anyone out there willing to take another crack at this?
I will post pic's of anything/everything under the hood, under the dash and behind the back seat if it'll help...
please help!
