Default This Weather Sucks

I am trying to get my vet out of storage but every weekend the weather goes down hill.

Must be nice to live out west where it's always warm and sunny.

We finally had a sunny day after 4 days of rain. Lots of wind ...well at least it blew some of the pollen off. Hang in there nice weather is just around the corner.

Each weekend I go to this same rough little beer store to get a tall cold one and I've been telling the guy f/ the past month and a half, "well, that'll be the last cold front we have so get ready f/ the heat." These fronts keep coming in when this weather should have broken way back. Let's just hope that the winter doesn't come early too.
Don't feel like the lone ranger and keep the chin up, it'll get here.

Now is probably not the time to mention that it is sunny, cool, and dry here in central North Carolina.

Wonderful sports car day.

Hey Lee I know what you mean. I was in South Carolina two weeks ago and it was beautiful all week. Came back to Michigan with hopes of better weather so I could at least uncover my car and move her into my garage. No such luck!! We just got snow yesterday that covered the ground. Looking at the positive though, I know it won't be much longer until I can get back to driving for fun again. This weather really makes you appreciate your vette that much more. Makes you feel like a kid waiting for Xmas to come!!!

Sat. dropped six inches of the wettest snow I've ever seen around here. Melted down to two inches of water. That's a lot. Next day most of it melted. Just life in the Midwest.

Mizzou almost made it to the Final Four. Not bad for a team that wasn't in the pre-season top 25.

Owning a 'Vette is like owning a boat. You have to wait for the fair weather to really enjoy it and you have to know a little about fiberglass.... And you keep throwing money at a 'Vette just like you do a boat, must be the fiberglass thing....

Dad told me, "A boat is just a hole in the water ya throw money into".
So, I would think that the "Starship" would be a "Black Hole" in space that I throw my money into, eh? LOL

Weather?
Cold, windy, snow and rain showers, with intermitant shots of sunlight.
That's what it's doin' in my neck of the West.

Well, I took some time yesterday to get the vette ouut of her winter pajamas and park her back in the garage. It was a little cool out but nice and sunny. Woke up this morning to 4" of the white junk with another 2" supposedly on it's way. Looks like I will need a few more days until I can get her out for a ride. Now the anticipation becomes unbearable. Makes me think I might want too live elsewhere but..................
