will not crank. it turns over but will not start. It getting gas,fire and air. We were going down the road and it shut off with no warning. Can anyone help.

 

The other thing it needs is timing,so apparently you've lost that. Timing chain? Had a crank break once acted just like that,broke in the front main. Do you have a timing light? One time had the part of the rotor that sends the spark to the plug terminals turned,it still ran but really badly.

They say that the stock Corvette will get 25 MPG if you dont get on it. Wonder what the MPG ratings for the ZR1 are?
