1992 c.a.r.b legal build
I'm planning on rebuilding my 92 and add some more HP. Unfortunatly I live in CA and have to deal with C.A.R.B. I've been searching the web to no avail. If anyone has some good info Please let me know.

I don't know anything about C.A.R.B. but what are you thinking of doing on the rebuild? Going for the 383 conversion?
From a quick read from Wikipedia, its seems CARB is more aimed at electric cars or other zero emissions vehicles. Do you currently do an annual or bi-annual emissions inspection? Do you have a problems passing now?
