like the title says both front wheels are hard to turn when in the air because the calipers are sticking when i release the bleeder valve on one the other sides pressure also releases ..Im wondering if anyone here has had this problem .. the proportion vale is a part of the abs and not serviced seprately i need some help over here

You're probably gonna' have to pull each one and clean the bolt bores and the bolt, so they move freely on the bolt pin.

Have a clothes hanger ready to support the caliper. Letting it hang by the hose is a bad idea...
