Just to let anyone know that was following the fact that i got a ticket and that i needed some help with the gear ratio and all that, My court date was today and i went in and got the calibration and so the ticket was knocked down to only 19 over and i kept my license and got off with a 95 dollar fine plus 56 in court costs. So, to EVERYONE that helped in ANY way, i appreciate everything and thank you for all of your help.
