Do the square dash speaker grilles just pop out or do you have to remove dash. Mine are faded and I would like to re dye. '86 convertible. CB

You have to remove the dash. Its really easy, its held on with a few screws and two spring clips.

 

How do you plan to re-dye those? I have an 87 that needs done also.

 

If I get them out I was going to buy the fabric, carpet, vynal dye they sell at Advance Auto. Only about 6.95 a can.The front carpet in my 86 has been replaced but the back is a little faded and they had red that lookek like a great match. I'm sure the have it in black to match dash. CB
