Default A good book

I just got a book from Amazon.com titled 101 Projects for Your Corvette 84-96. This book covered a lot of subjects that have been brought up. I personally think some of the best info comes from first hand knowledge out of this forum. I'm not trying to be a saleman, but this book looks to be between a good factory service manual and a old mechanic.

Its not a bad book but there is not enough detail in his projects if you don't know what your doing. Some of the things in that book are loco. Like installing an airfoil.

I have 101 projects for your Corvette and it is a good read some things I don't agree with but it will help some with small projects. It does get you involved in the C4 and can be some help. I have a lot of Corvette books and if I was going to pick my favorite read I would halve to recommend "Corvette from the Inside" It is buy Dave Mclellan who was the chief engineer for Corvette's from 1975-1992. It isn't about working on the Corvette but the design, engineering planing and problems in the Corvette and why. It will give you great appreciation of all the generations of the Corvetteand how they came about.

The weather here in Ohio in the winter you cant drive or work on the corvette so it has turned into a summer toy for me. so in the winter I get to read about the old girl.
