Default Good night in a C4.

I probably shouldn't be posting right now, but it feels right. I got off work a little early. I was re-assigned to teaching so it was cool. A safe place to park the Corvette at the "school". I have driven my Vette alot as my Camaro was stolen in July. Anyhow, Left the academy in the dark of night, tooling along PA28 when I met the BMW driver, Tried to beat me from a light, No chance, got him. Didn't even have to go that fast, As I was sailing along my car felt almost alive. It was strange. I stopped at the local distributer and snagged a case of Stoudt's finest Triple. The guy cleaning the windows remarked as I left "Nice car" turns out he also work at the local chevy dealership and identified her by year. After talking to him for a few minutes, I took off. I got home, stopped in the driveway to unload my gear. Dumped the case of brew next to the basement door. Then I paused, I noticed the streetlights rippling over my babies black paint. All gear was deposited on the front steps, all hatches closed. Then I remembered why I bought it. I actually dicthed a 308 Ferrari to buy this 95 C4. The Ferrari sounded way better, but the C4 looked like sex should look, and it was fast.As I dumped my gear the street lights played across my car, Iwas captivated. I stopped the mundane process of dragging my gear into the house and cracked a beer from the case. I sat on my front steps and admired my 95 Corvette, black on black, six speed, wow. Thanked GOD for trusting her with me, and sucked down a beer. I walked around her a couple of times, watching the streetlights play off the paint and realized, Whoever designed this car was an artist. The tail looks like a Sierra matchking. When I bought this car my freinds all said why didn't you just buy a new one. C5's and C6's just don't have this look. Shame huh. See Ya.

Now thats a good description.

I know exactly what you mean, it's hard to beat black on black with the light dancing off of it. Good story.

You see, this is what happens when you merge onto the information super highway after a spirited drive and a couple of good beers(in that order!).

Now that's what I'm talking about.....I feel the same way about my black with red interior coupe.

The C-4 just has "the look".

(Took the top off yesterday and went cruisin' in Paducah. Man the people stared at that car. Something special.)

Yes shiver that is indeed a brew! They do attract attention especially when there clean! Some of the photo's I took make it look 2 toned, due to the reflections. Luv them Ce/ZR1 wheels! Catch ya.

What's reflecting in the windshield; passenger side? Looks like it took a hit by the reflection...
