heavy duty brakes?
hey guys, im new to the forum but i owna white 6 speed stick shift LT1 94 corvette and its bone stock with a glass top, love it
but my question is that the brakes need to be worked on and the rotors have some scars and are to deep to be turned, so i need to replace them
the only thing is there are to types of brakes for a 94, heavy duty and non heavy duty, i would just say go heavy duty right? but the price are the same except the front passanger rotor cost a bout 20 buck more, so it must be a factory thing to make two different kinds
so how can i tell if mine is heavy duty?
i tryed to ask the dealership but they were retarded and sayed "heavy duty is better, duh!"
anyone know?

RE: heavy duty brakes?
Sorry guys but **YAWN** this talk about stock puts me out like a light.[sm=sleeping.gif].......J55 is the "heavy" duty brakes from the factory. Booorrrinnggg........You can upgrade to the C5 upgrade or go all out with the drilled/Slotted rotors stainless steel upgraded brake lines, Dot 4 fluid, and to top it all off wil wood 6 pistion**spell**calipers.[sm=violent053.gif]Pow pow pow. Take that stock! Also you can get brake ducts to keep them cooler. Try Hawk pads to. That set up sounds[sm=pimp.gif]
