L98 Throttle Body Air Foil - Is it Worth $30

I keep seeing "High Flow" air foils advertising 10 HP increases. Do they work?

I tried one on my 86 and see no difference in performance. Only thing that was successful was them relieving my wallet of the $30.00. [:@]
