I am trying to get my 93 LT1 together.
The heads have rubber washers both in the front and rear. In the rear of the heads there is a tube that connects them which is attached to each head with a hollow bolt with holes in it to let coolant flow through the bolt/tubes connecting the heads.
What goes in the front of the heads with the rubber washers?
Could anyone send close up picts of what the heads look like front and rear ?
I didn't take the engine apart so having some problems getting it back together without picts.

Ken,that's where the water pump bolts on. Sorry can't put up a picture,but with everything on the front of the engine a picture in the car wouldn't help much anyway!
