Performance/Sport/Tour Ride Switch
I'm sure there are plenty of people with the C4 body style that have the turn **** feature for the suspension stiffening but my question is that I don't notice the difference between the settings. It could be that the switch doesn't work I guessbut does anyone else notice the difference?

RE: Performance/Sport/Tour Ride Switch
Here's how the thing is set up. It varies from 89-91 and 92-96. There is a damper valve in the shock which is adjusted by asn actuator on top of the shock. The actuator receives speed information from the computer. 89-91...TOUR: 0-45 mph bypass full open. 45-75 bypass @10 degrees, 75-100 20 dgrs, 100-125 40 dgrs, 125-150 60 dgrs, 150+ 100 dgrs SPORT: 0-25 60 degrees, 25-50 80 dgrs, 50-75 100 dgrs, 75-100 110 dgrs, 100-125 120 dgrs, 125+ 150dgrs PERFORMANCE: 0-25 110 degrees, 25-50 120 dgrs, 50-75 140 dgrs, 75-100 145 dgrs, 100-150 150 dgrs, 150+ 160 dgrs (fully closed).
92-96... TOUR: 0-45 bypass full open, 45-75 10 degrees closed, 75-100 20 dgrs, 100-125 40 dgrs, 125-150 60 dgrs, 150+ 100 dgrs. SPORT: 0-25 mph 60 degrees, 25-50 80 dgrs, 50-75 100 dgrs, 75-100 110 dgrs, 100-125 120 dgrs, 125+ 130 dgrs. Another thing. If the car is started three times without speed input to the ride control, a service ride control light comes on. It will go away once you start moving. This happened to me once and it scared the hell out of me as parts for the system are EXPENSIVE. Hope this helps.

RE: Performance/Sport/Tour Ride Switch
I looked at the wrong graph. 92-96 should be TOUR: 0-45 bypass fully open 45-75 7 degrees, 75-100 15 dgrs, 100-125 22 dgrs, 125-150 30dgrs150+ 40 dgrs SPORT 0-25 mph 25 degrees, 25-50 32 degrees, 50-75 54 dgrs, 100+ 60 dgrs. PERFORMANCE: 0-25 54 degrees, 25-50 62 dgrs, 50-75 68 dgrs, 75+ 75 dgrs(bypass fully closed). Looks like the valve bypass angle was reworked after 91 models. Sorry for the confusion.
