They are really hard to find. A guy named Greg Penn over at Corvette Forum has them on a black C4 that really looks sharp.

They definitely make it look and most likely sound meaner! If anyone does find who sells this let us know.

There used to be a company called Laurence (SP!!!???) that sells those pipes. That's what might be in the first pic.

EDIT: I see it now in shiver's post, first link - bottom of the ad... Lawrence-Keech

Thanks Guys. I'm gonna look into these. I'm sure they are pricey from reading the description. Don't look to hard to build something similar though. A little tooling work and some chambered or glass-pack exhaust. Hemmmmm....Y'all think there's a good market?

I don't think there is much marlket for C4 side pipes. So many people know they are almost nonexistent anymore. I personally never like them myself.

I never knew they existed till last week. But that doesn't mean anything. LOL.....I really think that area on a C4 body could use something. It just rolls under so far it looks like something is missing..........oh well just a thought. Cheers

I too thought about side pipes but not just for aesthetic reasons.
I park my vette in the garage and go out even an hour later and the interior is still 120 degrees from exhaust and eng. tranny heat .
Air conditioner has a hard time keeping up with all that heat underneath and glass on top.
The glass of course is the kicker because AC kicks **** at night or even on hwy where air flow aids in blowing heat away from car body.
I'm thinking the pipes don't look bad and might have another benefit or two like the heat and getting the noise out from under the body.
What say YE !
I've only seen fakes advertised.
I sure like to drive in the summer but stop and go in and out without running long enough or fast enough is just about impossible in central Texas.
