Hi you all

on I am planning to sooner or later replace my tired engine (216000miles) in my 87. Is there any preferred year to look for? I plan on a wrecking yard low mileage replacement. Will a 91 work with no modeifications?

no it won't. you need a 86 to 88 because of your cold start injector that earlier ones don't have, and 89 doesn't have one. 90-91 have no maf (mass air flow sensor) and no cold start injector
