Ok, I am about to change filter / fluid on my 4L60 E auto. trans. Due to the lack of owners manual, I looked it up on line. It says 5qt for initial fill up and 11. 3 qt. for total fill. since I am only changing fluid I am assuming 5 qt. - correct?

i drop in 4 quarts, warm it up and go from there. between 4 and 6 is the norm. dont forget the filter
