"Ser Tire monitoring System"
Well, I have this message showing up on the display. If I go thru the gauges, I get tire pressures for all but the rt. rear which gives me XXX. So, per my manuals I am not sure about this. Could be the "battery" in the sensor has gone bad? or what else causes the lack of "sensing" the pressure in one of the tires.Any one else had this problem........[sm=alcoholic.gif]

This thing is magical, now the problem is gone andI again have readings for all four tires. Whew, sometimes its best to just ignore that damn read out, cause it ends up fixing itself....
Hey guys/gals,
i had similar problems last year with one ofmy sensors randomly reading xxx, then all of a sudden showing a reading again. I bought anew one and had it put in when i had new tires put on. the tire guy showed me how there had beenmoisture build up in the old tire and on the sensor, which possibley caused the issue. Makes sense, since the issue is sometimes temprature relates - vapor vs. liquid water. anyway, i just had the sensor changed and evertyhing was good. seems like it only cost maybe $40 something at the dealer?
