Default 1997 C5 Fuel Problem

Can anyone help?
My 1997 C5 engine cuts our due to intermittent loss of fuel pressure. When its running pressure is 60psi. There are no codes in the ECM other han one body related code to do with tires. Two garages are unable to resolve the problem! It happens at any time & at any speed, quite scary really. Had a TOAD alarm but now removed. Have to keep reseting from diagnostics to fire up again, not easy when you are in the outside lane!
Something is intermittently cutting fuel to injectors, does anyone have any ideas what it may be?
Any ideas welcome as I am now going mad with frustration as it could happen within 10 mins of start up or run fine for 10 days & then do it again.
Heres hoping someone knows what it might be.
Thanks,
George Cutting.
