Angry 2004 Corvette Not Starting

Guys, I need help with this. My 2004 Corvette Convertible is not starting. Dealer charged me 1k to change the ignition switch and cylinder 1 month ago. A week ago, I tried to start it. It posts up as normal (gauges move, lights on, ect) When you actually try to turn it on though, I hear a click on the passenger side and everything dies. I mean no alarm, the entire thing is dead. 1 Hour later I tried again. It did the same thing. It takes a while for me to be able to even attempt to start it. It would seem like a security issue but security would not knock the power off the entire car as far as I know. I tried both keys too and the car has a new battery albeit one from Autozone.

Welcome to the forum.

Put a voltmeter on the battery terminals and see what the voltage does when you try to start.
