Default Aftermarket stereo system

Has anyone replaced the complete stereo system in their C5? I just got my first vette, a 2000 triple black convertible. I love the car but I am not all too fond of the stock head unit and speakers. I'm looking for something that can put out enough loud clean sound to sound great at highway speeds with the top down. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would like something that can support either satellite radio or an iPod, or both. Heck I might even settle for something with a USB connector on it.

Does anyone have any pictures of their C5 with an aftermarket hu?

If you look in the "Audio / Visual" section, you will notice a few pictures I posted of an install I did in my '99 convertible. I installed a 1.0 DIN flip-out multimedia head unit.

I hooked up a pretty elaborate system as follows:

Eclipse 8053 HU
Focal Polycavilar separates (unbelievable highs)
Eclipes point source rears
JL 454 amp
JL 500/1
JL 12W6 sub.

This system cranks and has unbelievable clarity.
