Black spots

Default Black spots
I keep getting black spots from gas fill back to rear quarter panel . I have cleaned gas input area and cap but the spots reappear as soon I drive it. I don’t understand what’s going on

Welcome to the forum. How soon after you drive away from the gas pump to the black spots appear?
