My C5, 91000 miles, bogs down. Sometimes in city other times on the highway. When I step down on gas during these occurrences the engine seems to choke. I get a nasty smell too. After a short distance it runs fine. Thanks. Charles

Were there any DTCs? You might check fuel pressure also.
