Default A/C Problems

Have a 2000 vert. When I turn on the A/C the passenger side in noticeably colder. Both driver and passenger control **** are set to max cold 60. Aparently the diverter is stuck in a partial open position. Is there any way to fix this w/o dealer intervention

This sounds like the classic low-freon issue. Have your system fully charged and both sides will again be cold.
