c5 air compressor belt tensioner

looked at mine the other day and it looks like it is at an angle. for some reason I don't think this is normal, am I wrong, can't tell from pictures?

The idler tensioner should be parallel to the belt path. You can check the bearing by removing the belt and seeing if the pulley wobbles. Also it should spin freely with no belt on it.
